Acceptance: By using the FastCare Service, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and accept these Terms in full.
Modifications: FastCare reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Financial and Payment Policies
Payment: All services, including consultations and product orders, must be paid for in advance or at the time of service, as specified.
Non-Refundable Consulting Fees: All consulting fees, professional fees, or service fees paid for online consultations, tele-consultations, or scheduled appointments with FastCare are strictly non-refundable. This policy is in effect regardless of whether the User fails to attend the scheduled appointment or cancels the appointment, except in cases of technical failure directly attributable to FastCare.
Order Cancellation Policy and Fee:
If an order for any services, products, or tests placed through the FastCare platform is cancelled by the customer, a cancellation fee of ₹100 (One Hundred Rupees only) will be applicable. This fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance (if any) will be processed for a refund to the customer's original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. No cancellation fee will be charged if the order or service is cancelled by FastCare.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order placement.
4. User Account and Security
Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including transmitting any harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: The Service, including all design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is the property of FastCare.in or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Limited License: FastCare grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Specify City in India, e.g., New Delhi].
